Spaghetti with Beans and Bacon

An excellent pasta dish which varies out of one of the Soprano's dishes.

Cook the pasta only half the time. The rest of the time it is cooked in the sauce and take the taste INSIDE


  1. 1 can of black of other kind of beans. Keep the tin can water
  2. About 100gm bacon
  3. 2 chopped celery sticks
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 2 chopped garlic cloves
  6. 2 TBs olive oil
  7. chopped 1 ts Tyme or Basil
  8. 1 can of chopped or peeled tomatoes
  9. Spaghetti which was cooked only half the time


  1. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until half harden
  2. Add olive oil to the pan and fry the garlic, onion, and celery
  3. After everything soften a bit, add the tomatoes
  4. Add the beans with 1 cup of the tin can liquid
  5. Mix well and cook
  6. Add the tyme or basil or both
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. Lower the fire and add the Spaghetti
  9. Mix everything and cook until the Spaghetti is ready to be eaten. Add some more of the tin can water if necessary
